Background

Skyweb was established in 1999 to cater for a growing demand for a highly customer serviced IT and related services organization. The founders saw an opportunity to provide outstanding customer service which has been somewhat lacking in existing ISPs and generally in the IT industry. This was mainly due to the fast moving nature of the sector and also due to the increased demand for Internet based services in the market leading to an over stretching of the resources of the already established firms.

Vision

Our vision was to create a specialized company offering highly quality Internet based services to the Kenyan market. Our strength is our customer service. We also believe that in the fast paced market place, it is wise to adapt to the changing needs of our consumer, and to develop new ideas so as to ensure innovative solutions.
